Practice Solutions leverages AI, legal technology, data science, and process excellence to enhance legal service delivery.

• Understand the firm’s business and legal practice drivers to connect stakeholder data and BI requirements;
• Lead and manage end-to-end BI and analysis projects with multi-skilled teams;
• Engage stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business requirements;
• Advise stakeholders on using data, analytics, and BI tools to solve business problems;
• Identify pain points, process gaps, and improvement opportunities, and translate challenges into actionable development work items;
• Collaborate with shared services and cross-functional teams to optimize business processes using BI and legal AI capabilities;
• Apply Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Understand data quality initiatives, including data lineage, metadata management, and data issue remediation;
• Identify and document data pain points and work with developers and data engineers on innovative solutions;
• Support change management for new or enhanced BI solutions, including communications, training, hypercare, and adoption tracking;
• Drive engagement with BI tools through training, outreach, and enablement programs;
• Deliver demos, create user guides, and identify project opportunities to maximize tool adoption and business value;
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve BI solutions and user experience;
• Monitor industry trends in legal AI and analytics;
• Write or review basic SQL to validate logic and data.

• 3–4+ Years of hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management;
• Experience in professional services is preferred;
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering reporting, analytical, and advanced BI projects;
• Understanding of the global economic environment and local markets relevant to the firm’s business;
• Familiarity with the firm’s key clients, geographies, and industries;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently on new projects and take direction from senior staff;
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies;
• Ability to work independently in a team environment, manage time and tight deadlines, and multitask;
• Nice to have: Experience delivering advanced BI opportunities such as predictive models, familiarity with Databricks.
