• You develop and take responsibility for the professional architecture and overarching target vision in close collaboration with business departments and IT.
• You analyze and model business processes, objects and capabilities, and ensure a consistent, end-to-end structure.
• You actively contribute to design and architecture decisions, both for existing systems and for new solutions.
• You support project managers in planning, managing and implementing demanding IT projects.
• You keep track of the overall picture, identify challenges early and ensure pragmatic solutions.
• You help prioritize projects and requirements in line with strategic KPIs and company goals.
• In agile teams, you successfully implement new business and regulatory requirements, thereby contributing directly to the company's success.

• Initial experience as a business, professional or process architect, or in requirements management / business analysis—ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software development or databases, as well as an interest in technical contexts.
• Understanding of business processes and how they are represented in IT systems.
• Ability to engage stakeholders as equals, structure requirements and present solutions convincingly.
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
• Very good German and English skills.
