• Elicit, analyse, prioritise and document business, functional and non-functional requirements;
• Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements traceability;
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and analysis sessions;
• Produce current and future-state process models using BPMN standards, ideally in Signavio;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, developers and testers to support solution delivery;
• Support backlog refinement, testing, defect resolution and implementation activities;
• Create and maintain analysis artefacts and project documentation in Confluence;
• Manage requirements, user stories, defects and delivery activities in Jira;
• Ensure deliverables align with QBE governance, quality standards and ways of working;
• Work independently while integrating effectively into multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.

• Insurance business analysis experience supporting technology and business change initiatives;
• Requirements elicitation, process analysis and workshop facilitation experience;
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria;
• BPMN process modelling experience;
• Experience of TOM design;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive evidence-based decision making;
• Experience working across multiple priorities and delivery workstreams;
• Right to work in the UK;
• Nice to have: London Market, Underwriting Operations (pre and post bind), Portfolio Solutions, Digital Trading.
