• Degree in business informatics, a comparable program with an insurance focus, or a relevant completed vocational qualification;
• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting or software development projects in the insurance industry;
• Strong knowledge of business processes and insurance core systems;
• Strengths in methodology, design, and configuration;
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects;
