• Drive the digital transformation of insurance customers by optimizing and digitizing core business processes through IT solutions;
• Advise customers on digitalization topics with a focus on bAV, including mass processing, consulting tools, and digital pension statements;
• Manage requirements for software solutions such as corporate customer portals, employee self-service systems, and consulting tools;
• Formulate user stories and support the Product Owner with backlog management;
• Manage testing and conduct business acceptances to ensure the quality of developed software solutions;
• Develop high-quality products in a classic or agile cross-functional team.

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk, a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the insurance sector, particularly in bAV business processes at a life insurer and in working with IT systems and portals;
• Experience in classic and agile project management;
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new subject areas;
• Relevant consulting methodology skills;
• Ability to actively listen and develop tailored solutions;
• Confident use of AI tools in the relevant field, critical evaluation of their results, and ability to support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential;
• Very good German and good English skills;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of project controlling.
