• Capture and define functional requirements, translating client and business-area vision into clear, structured workflows;
• Build and present impact-driven solutions through executive presentations and functional documentation;
• Manage functional testing to ensure deliverables and tools meet requested quality standards before deployment;
• Act as a contact point and provide support to internal and external clients, ensuring clear communication focused on resolving needs.

• Understand analytical and commercial processes and translate ideas into practical solutions;
• Communicate ideas clearly, write reports and presentations, and execute testing phases with a high level of detail;
• A university degree is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates the required skills and enthusiasm;
• Nice to have: Previous or academic experience with ERP systems or CRM platforms such as Salesforce, a degree in Business Administration or management.
