• Gather and articulate requirements for new system and module functionalities, ensuring clear communication with IT partners
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and SaaS suppliers to draft, analyze, and refine current processes
• Maintain transparent communication and alignment with stakeholders and SaaS suppliers
• Support change risk assessments for upcoming modifications
• Manage IT changes within the HR department
• Assist with daily run operations, including addressing employees’ questions

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Developer in the HR domain
• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English and Dutch
• Pragmatic and proactive approach
• Self-starter with attention to detail
• Effective listening skills and cultural respect
• Critical thinking and adaptability
• Будет плюсом: Knowledge of Position Management, Succession, Performance and Learning, experience in an Agile scrum DevOps environment

• Contract engagement
