• Analyze and optimize digital customer onboarding processes;
• Define business requirements for KYC/KYB, account opening, identity verification, and consent management;
• Create business processes, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria;
• Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders;
• Help define the product vision and recommend improvements supporting business goals.

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector;
• Strong knowledge of KYC, KYB, account opening, identity verification, and verification of authorized representatives;
• Experience transforming onboarding processes and customer journeys;
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria;
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills and product thinking;
• Nice to have: Experience as a Product Owner, Product Consultant, or in a similar role combining business analysis with product shaping, direct client collaboration, and support for product decisions.
