• Use best practices to obtain and document requirements;
• Analyse the current state (As-Is), conduct impact analysis (To-Be), and identify gaps;
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, resolve conflicting material, and break down high-level information into accurate details;
• Communicate and collaborate with different departments to analyse functional requirements and clarify them for the development team;
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish a technical vision and clarify requirements for the development team;
• Manage requirement changes and system, process, and project implications to keep all parties updated;
• Participate in planning sessions to clarify requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of the system, process, or project;
• Test software and business processes against business requirements, design, and specifications.

• 2+ Years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong knowledge of Business Analysis discipline;
• Experience creating structured documentation, diagrams, and specifications, including detailed User Stories, Use Cases, and feature-breakdown lists;
• Experience with Agile development, especially Scrum and Kanban;
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence Software;
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile development processes;
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing technical communications and deliverables;
• Very good written and verbal English;
• Strong analytical and communication skills to gather and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into solutions;
• Nice to have: A university degree in Computer Science or a similar field, Forex industry experience, UML experience.
