• Collect requirements from key stakeholders and identify business needs;
• Create and maintain requirements specifications and user stories;
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities;
• Develop and propose process improvements or workflow changes to enhance productivity and efficiency;
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and end-users;
• Create and present clear, concise reports to stakeholders at various organizational levels;
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop business solutions aligned with requirements;
• Test and validate proposed solutions against defined performance objectives and user needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of business analyst experience in a payment or financial services environment;
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery;
• Excellent requirements specification and user story writing skills;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Nice to have: Oracle SQL basic knowledge, experience with Agile methodology and Sprints using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent.
