Andersen is a global technology company that delivers digital transformation services. The project supports a financial services provider by modernizing retail technology and building a secure, scalable enterprise data and analytics platform.
задачи
Bridge business, data, reporting, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business, regulatory, data, and analytics requirements;
Analyze legacy IRIS capabilities and source systems, including Sapiens, to define future-state data products, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics;
Define data requirements, source-to-target mappings, business rules, transformation logic, data definitions, and acceptance criteria across IRIS, Sapiens, and EDAM;
Support conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, semantic models, and governed datasets for reporting, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled solutions;
Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, and UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory needs;
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Architects to ensure requirements are feasible, traceable, and correctly implemented;
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, manage gaps, dependencies, and risks, and drive requirements through implementation;
Support MVP prioritization and contribute to data governance, lineage, metadata, and data quality practices, including foundations for future AI capabilities.

4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data-intensive transformation programs;
Strong practical experience in Data Analysis and Data Business Analysis;
Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into data, reporting, or analytics solutions;
Strong understanding of data modeling, data flows, data mapping, and data transformation concepts;
Experience with source-to-target mappings and business rules;
Experience with reporting, BI, data platforms, or enterprise data products;
Ability to understand complex data models and translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa;
Experience working with business, architecture, engineering, and data teams in a large-scale transformation environment;
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation;
Experience defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements;
Experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and documentation skills;
Ability to work effectively in a complex program with multiple stakeholders and dependencies;
English at Intermediate+ level or above;
Nice to have: Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries, legacy-to-modern data platform transformations, regulatory and operational reporting, Azure, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, data governance, metadata, data lineage and data quality, enterprise data platforms or Data Mesh concepts, AI-enabled analytics, semantic models or agentic AI solutions, Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
