• Gather, challenge, and refine business needs from banking stakeholders;
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases;
• Lead workshops and collaborate with international teams;
• Support development teams by clarifying functional topics and validating solutions;
• Execute and contribute to functional and regression test strategies;
• Ensure smooth deployments and post-go-live validations;
• Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking IT environments;
• Solid knowledge of wealth management, securities, and Forex;
• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle;
• Expertise in writing specifications, testing, and process modelling;
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Jira, and Confluence;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments;
• English proficiency.

• Hybrid work with 2/3 days in the office in Lisbon per week.
