The client is a global entertainment company. The project expands and maintains an enterprise-grade Airtable ecosystem for operations, planning, and cross-team collaboration, including workflows, integrations, and data structures for high-volume usage.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions;
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes and workflows;
• Design and maintain Airtable databases and relational structures;
• Use Airtable formulas, views, and automations to support business processes;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper data structure;
• Identify process and data-related issues and propose improvements;
• Support integrations between Airtable and external or internal systems;
• Work with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms;
• Document requirements, processes, workflows, and solutions;
• Manage tasks independently from requirements gathering through implementation.

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst;
• At least 1 year of commercial experience working with Airtable;
• Hands-on experience with Airtable databases, relational structures, formulas, views, and automations;
• Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills;
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical and data solutions;
• Understanding of data structures and data quality principles;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks from planning to delivery;
• Nice to have: experience with workflow and process automation, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools, basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
