• Analyze business and technical requirements with clients and support the development of suitable solution concepts;
• Model and optimize business processes and customer journeys and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation;
• Act as an interface between business departments, project teams, and technical experts to promote a shared understanding of requirements;
• Create business concepts, user stories, process models, and decision templates and support implementation through customer acceptance;
• Support workshops, interviews, and requirements analysis;
• Support presales activities and the development of innovative solution approaches.

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification;
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or in a comparable role;
• Strong knowledge of analyzing, structuring, and documenting business requirements;
• Experience in stakeholder management;
• Fluent German and very good English;
• Strong communication and moderation skills;
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with diverse stakeholders;
• Nice to have: experience in digitalization, automation, or transformation projects; experience in the public sector, defense, or other regulated industries.
