We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst (Early Career) to support the discovery, definition, and validation of business and data requirements across data and analytics projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including recent graduates or those finishing their degree, with full-time availability.

• Learn the team’s ways of working and how it delivers data and analytics projects end-to-end, with guidance from senior team members
• Gather and clarify requirements with clients and internal stakeholders, then translate them into execution-ready inputs for the delivery team, including scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and validation approaches
• Take ownership of business and data topics for a well-scoped domain or data source, becoming the go-to person for definitions, logic, and context
• Provide data-driven insights and rigorous analysis to help stakeholders understand performance, trends, and opportunities, strengthening the reliability and impact of deliverables
• Use SQL to explore data, validate assumptions, trace metrics back to their sources, and produce evidence to support requirements and delivery
• Use Power BI to explore, analyze, and visualize data, supporting the validation of metrics, business logic, and project deliverables
• Support PMs in creating and refining Kanban cards and ensuring backlog readiness for development
• Take ownership of specific project tasks or well-scoped workstreams, coordinating inputs and following up on actions and dependencies to help keep delivery on track
• Progressively take on PM-like responsibilities within assigned workstreams, including task coordination, follow-up, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking, with mentoring from experienced PMs
• Join meetings as needed to unblock requirements and validate business logic; capture decisions and actions and update acceptance criteria
• Validate deliverables against requirements, acceptance criteria, and business expectations
• Help define data quality guardrails, including expected ranges, tolerances, and red-flag conditions

• Early-career profile with 0–2 years of experience; recent graduate or final-year student at thesis stage
• Background in Engineering, Management, Finance, or a similar field
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• SQL skills for data exploration and validation, including joins, aggregations, and filters, and ability to communicate findings clearly
• Client-facing mindset; able to engage stakeholders, ask relevant questions, clarify requirements, and align expectations
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; detail-oriented and well-organized
• Comfortable working with extensive documentation and translating it into clear delivery inputs
• Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Salary range: 17.000€ - 21.000€ gross/annually
