• Assess Cyber Security Management practices, processes, and organizational capabilities supporting business goals;
• Develop and implement IT strategies and programs to improve the reliability and security of critical assets;
• Conduct IT audits, including IT Due Diligence, CMMI assessments, and compliance audits;
• Define, implement, and maintain clients’ security and IT policies and procedures;
• Advise client leadership on cybersecurity and IT statuses;
• Develop and provide Cyber and IT Management training and security awareness workshops for client personnel;
• Participate in assessing, testing, and selecting new security products and technologies for clients;
• Develop plans for handling potential cybersecurity crises, including BCP/DRP;
• Help clients identify, validate, and assess the impact of information assets on their ability to achieve business goals;
• Study and apply local Cyber and IT laws and regulations to clients’ practices;
• Prepare and present cyber and IT briefings.

• Higher education in Computer Science or Information Systems Administration;
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security Governance/Management; relevant internship experience is also considered;
• Advanced written and spoken Azerbaijani and English;
• Strong teamwork, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills;
• Customer service orientation;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Nice to have: Cyber Risk Management practices and standards experience, including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT2019, and Webtrust; Russian.
