• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to align business requirements;
• Gather, evaluate, and analyze business requirements using elicitation and analysis techniques;
• Document functional and non-functional business requirements;
• Design and improve end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities;
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to align solutions with business objectives;
• Maintain business analysis documentation, workflows, and requirement traceability according to standards;
• Document business analysis outcomes and obtain stakeholder approval on key deliverables;
• Create and refine user stories, maintain the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning;
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and initiatives;
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Support the testing phase to ensure requirements are met and issues are identified and resolved efficiently.

• Mid-Senior level experience as a Business Analyst;
• Experience in Corporate Banking;
• Experience with Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops;
• Experience with PowerBI;
• Experience with Tableau.

• Onsite work five days per week.
