• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared understanding of business requirements;
• Gather, evaluate, and analyse business requirements using a variety of elicitation and analysis techniques;
• Document functional and non-functional business requirements;
• Design and improve end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities;
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure solutions align with business objectives;
• Maintain business analysis documentation, workflows, and requirement traceability in line with standards;
• Document business analysis outcomes and obtain stakeholder approval on key deliverables;
• Create and refine user stories, maintain the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and support sprint planning;
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks and initiatives;
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs;
• Provide support during the testing phase to ensure requirements are met and issues are identified and resolved efficiently.

• Experience with Corporate Banking;
• Experience conducting Design Thinking and Ideation Workshops;
• Experience with PowerBI;
• Experience with Tableau.
