• Lead business analysis for initiatives and workstreams with autonomy, coordinating complexity and scale;
• Define and lead analysis efforts across ambiguous areas, translating complex data requirements into process maps, epics, features, and user stories;
• Lead the analysis of business problems and drive comprehensive root cause analysis across organizational boundaries;
• Prevent scope creep, manage different scopes of change, and remain accountable for business analysis deliverables;
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across IT and business organizations;
• Shape strategy as a trusted advisor to leadership and navigate conflicts to achieve alignment;
• Empower teams in stakeholder management;
• Drive high-value solutions aligned with business strategy;
• Lead the evaluation of strategic solution options, including value analysis and risk assessment;
• Shape long-term roadmaps;
• Manage multiple systems across the sub-function and evolving requirements;
• Analyze problems end to end, considering data flows across systems;
• Use clinical data process knowledge and technical expertise in data integration and engineering to inform business strategies.

• 7+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant;
• At least 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma Industry;
• Experience with clinical data systems, including data warehouses, data lakes, Electronic Data Capture systems, or Non-CRF data systems;
• Extensive experience overseeing initiatives autonomously, coordinating complexity and scale, and driving alignment across ambiguous areas;
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory and Consultancy concepts and practices;
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and discussions between global business and IT users;
• Experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, and GxP validated systems;
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate during Roche Golden Hours from 7:00 to 10:00 AM PST;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to apply systems thinking and provide holistic, enterprise-wide consulting advice;
• Mastery of requirements and domain knowledge, including comprehensive root cause analysis and advanced value and risk assessments;
• Nice to have: Practical experience with AI agent workflows.
