• Own and contribute to the product backlog, including requirement definition, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners;
• Maximize product value by aligning solutions with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs in cleared derivatives back-office processing;
• Articulate and communicate functional and non-functional requirements to development teams;
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality product increments;
• Act as a senior stakeholder contact, drive alignment, and resolve requirement ambiguities;
• Provide client support by analyzing issues, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of production and query-related topics;
• Participate in functional, integration, and UAT activities;
• Identify and drive continuous improvements across product functionality, workflows, and delivery processes;
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and team best practices.

• Strong expertise in Cleared Derivatives (Futures & Options) Back Office processing, including trade lifecycle, clearing, settlements, and reconciliation;
• Alternatively, solid experience with Banking Risk Management or Treasury Management systems;
• Strong understanding of financial products, post-trade processes, and operational workflows;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams;
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken;
• Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams;
• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Nice to have: Experience in an Agile development environment, basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, CFA certification at any level, Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO, Certification in Quantitative Finance such as IMQF or similar.
