• Act as the reference Business Analyst for processes and quality within claims management;
• Handle data extraction, exploitation, and analysis needs related to claims management processes;
• Analyze quality and customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities;
• Design and implement process monitoring systems and service indicators for continuous operational performance tracking;
• Create, maintain, and evolve reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI;
• Collaborate closely with business areas to transform operational needs into analytical solutions and data-based recommendations;
• Detect deviations, risks, and optimization opportunities through operational information analysis;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

• University degree or higher education in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related disciplines;
• Advanced English at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to work in international environments;
• Solid knowledge of claims management processes and their lifecycle;
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable business conclusions;
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience writing SQL queries;
• Experience with visualization and reporting tools, especially Power BI;
• Ability to work closely with business areas, understand their needs, and translate them into data-based solutions;
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis and insight generation;
• Results-oriented mindset, communication skills, and continuous improvement focus;
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation;
• Nice to have: advanced SQL, experience or knowledge of Process Mining tools, especially Celonis, experience in transformation, optimization, or operational excellence projects within the insurance sector.
