• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Translate high-level needs into functional and technical specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Maps;
• Analyze current business processes and design improved future-state workflows;
• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for automation or digital transformation using BPMN and UML;
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with Product Owners;
• Make decisions on feature essentiality against the Minimum Viable Product to support incremental value delivery;
• Own requirements from inception through design and delivery;
• Ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical designs throughout the project lifecycle;
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams;
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables;
• Present project updates and proposed solutions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Define testing strategies and write Integration System Testing scenarios for data flows;
• Perform regression testing and manage the defect lifecycle in ALM Octane;
• Lead User Acceptance Testing by defining scenarios and guiding business users through validation;
• Use data analysis to validate business assumptions and monitor data quality;
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and solution success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role;
• Professional experience in Referential administration, data management, or databases;
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks, sprint management, backlog refinement, and MVP prioritization;
• Advanced knowledge of Integration System Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and regression testing;
• Proficiency in ALM Octane, Jira, and Confluence;
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process modeling;
• Knowledge of application architecture and system interfaces;
• Fluent English, both spoken and written;
• Rigor and attention to detail;
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions under tight deadlines;
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and iterative feedback;
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into business language and lead productive group discussions.
