DXC is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the Hogan CAMSII platform to lead banking software projects, guide client onboarding, and bridge business requirements with technical delivery.

• Lead the project team as the primary functional authority throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Lead workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements;
• Translate client business requirements into functional specifications for the technical development team;
• Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing phase with the client;
• Mentor the team and safeguard the integrity of the Hogan CAMSII implementation.

• At least 10 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector;
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Hogan CAMSII (Issuing);
• Expert understanding of card management systems and core banking accounting flows;
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle in a lead functional capacity;
• Extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components and PCD's;
• Ability to work in a team environment with teams in multiple geographic locations;
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with team members and clients;
• English at B2/C1/C2 Advanced or Proficient level;
• Nice to have: Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical architects, Italian language speaking.
