• Design, understand, and analyse needs from the Business or market changes, proposing detailed requirements;
• Involve relevant stakeholders in defining and validating new requirements and assess potential impacts;
• Ensure the implementation of new features and changes in the Production environment;
• Follow the go-live process, compare impacts against expectations, and propose adjustments when needed.

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT;
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, user stories, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies;
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and business process modelling;
• Experience in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and alignment across business and IT teams;
• Proficiency in business analysis and project delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent;
• Ability to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications;
• Ability to model and optimize business processes and identify improvement opportunities;
• Ability to support end-to-end delivery, including functional testing, UAT, change management, and user support;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written;
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering business value;
• Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement approach;
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
