• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements;
• Create and develop the product backlog with the Product Owner;
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and business and technical scenarios;
• Model business processes, data flows, and system integrations;
• Analyze solution architecture and collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects;
• Collaborate with development teams and vendors to design and validate solutions;
• Support the team during sprint planning, refinement sessions, and ongoing delivery;
• Act as Proxy Product Owner in selected project areas;
• Prepare feasibility analyses, gap analyses, and solution recommendations;
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and acceptance of delivered functionality;
• Coordinate collaboration between business, architecture, and technical teams.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or IT Consultant;
• Experience working in a technical environment with system architects and development teams;
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design system solutions;
• Experience managing backlogs and creating user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Good understanding of system integrations, data models, APIs, and information flows between systems;
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe, or similar;
• Ability to model business processes and prepare functional and technical documentation;
• Experience conducting business analyses, gap analyses, and solution feasibility assessments;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Highly developed communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions;
• Fluent English communication;
• Nice to have: experience in CRM, Commercial Excellence, MarTech, Marketing Automation, or Omnichannel; knowledge of Mobile Messaging or Social Media solutions; experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner; knowledge of tools for process modeling, wireframing, or user interface design; experience in large international transformation programs; ability to collaborate with external technology vendors.
