• Manage and organize the backlog, ensuring correct task prioritization;
• Write clear, structured user stories aligned with business objectives;
• Prepare, organize, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily meetings, planning, refinement, and retrospectives;
• Ensure effective facilitation of ceremonies, promoting team alignment and efficiency;
• Support the team in defining and improving technical documentation;
• Create and standardize documentation and process templates;
• Collaborate with development teams, DBAs, and DevOps;
• Ensure the correct operation and organization of the work board;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and methodologies;
• Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and KPIs;
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and project objectives.

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst in technical contexts;
• Proven experience preparing and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including planning, retrospectives, refinement, and daily meetings;
• Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Ability to organize and improve processes;
• Experience with or close exposure to development teams, DBAs, and DevOps;
• Ability to structure and guide technical documentation;
• Experience defining and monitoring KPIs;
• Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills;
• Team spirit and ability to interact with different stakeholders.
