• Advise clients on digitizing consolidation, closing, and reporting processes;
• Support functional and technical solution design through implementation;
• Develop solutions for group accounting, management reporting, and investment controlling with expert teams;
• Design AI-supported reporting processes using Oracle EPM Cloud, CCH Tagetik, Workday Adaptive, or Workiva;
• Independently manage work packages in agile implementation projects;
• Analyze and optimize consolidation and reporting processes;
• Support proposal preparation, business development, and marketing;
• Gradually take on leadership responsibilities in projects;
• Communicate with client top management.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, information technology, or a comparable field, with a focus on accounting;
• Have knowledge of group accounting, accounting, finance, or controlling;
• Have practical experience from studies, vocational training, or internships in group accounting or developing business solutions in Excel or, ideally, a modern cloud solution;
• Have an affinity for numbers and confidence using MS Office;
• Be interested in challenging projects;
• Use AI safely and responsibly to create high-quality analyses and client solutions and critically validate AI results.
