Sii Poland is an international IT team delivering digital solutions for the Remarketing area, with a focus on processes related to the resale of used vehicles.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements;
• Define, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders;
• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and prioritizing requests;
• Plan and support functional testing and User Acceptance Testing;
• Support solution rollouts and change management activities;
• Identify business impacts of new solutions and support action plans;
• Act as a link between business stakeholders and project or maintenance teams;
• Provide functional support, monitor production, and coordinate user requests.

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis;
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and IT teams;
• Practical knowledge of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing;
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and change management;
• Strong expertise in Jira for project management and task tracking;
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling and requirements documentation;
• Ability to assess the business impact of new solutions and define appropriate actions;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
