• Gather, validate, and document business requirements in Business Requirements Documents ready for IT analysis
• Contribute to Business Cases, Project Charters, and other project approval documentation
• Analyze impacts on upstream and downstream applications and ensure end-to-end consistency
• Coordinate requirements implementation with IT and prepare project steering committees
• Prepare, review, and execute functional and non-regression test cases
• Work with data governance on documentation required to update data warehouse universes
• Prepare user documentation, presentations, and application training sessions
• Maintain effective communication with the user community and other EIB directorates

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science; candidates without a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may be accepted with at least 3 years of equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in business requirements elicitation and modelling
• Knowledge of English
