Glovo is a local delivery platform within the Delivery Hero Group, operating in around 65 countries and delivering products quickly and conveniently to customers’ doors.

• Optimise the strategy of all Glovo growth levers for the Q-commerce business, including pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM, incentives, and communications;
• Implement and execute defined strategies across Glovo markets;
• Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings from Growth experiments;
• Provide guidance on what worked, what did not work, and what could be improved;
• Understand business needs and create insightful analyses to support decision-making;
• Drive projects end-to-end by translating business challenges into insights, actions, and results;
• Identify growth opportunities to increase the user base, frequency, and retention rates while maximising profitability;
• Work directly with Glovo leaders, including VPs and Growth directors;
• Contribute to the expansion of the Glovo Q-commerce business.

• Expert in Google Sheets and Excel;
• Strong data-driven decision-making and business judgement;
• 3–5 Years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field;
• Strong project management skills;
• Strong communication, visualisation, and storytelling skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: SQL expertise, experience with Looker or similar tools, interest in other querying languages.
