Sii Poland provides IT services and consulting. Its Business Procurement Solutions team supports procurement transformation and governance initiatives focused on Procure-to-Pay processes and the Coupa platform.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform to identify optimization opportunities;
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications;
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus across teams;
• Develop and maintain process maps, business workflows, and solution documentation to support system implementations;
• Act as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver transformation initiatives;
• Support solution design, implementation, and change management activities for successful adoption of new processes;
• Contribute to testing activities, including preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validating business requirements.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with the ability to lead requirements gathering and stakeholder management;
• Strong expertise in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform and business analysis methodologies;
• Proven experience delivering business transformation initiatives and driving process improvements;
• Good understanding of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, bridging business and technical teams;
• Advanced English;
• Nice to have: professional business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA.
