The client is a pharmaceutical sector organization running a large-scale eCommerce migration programme built on a complex microservices architecture hosted on AWS.

• Gather requirements end to end for large, complex digital transformation or migration programmes;
• Translate business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications;
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders;
• Identify gaps and challenge incomplete requirements;
• Work alongside architects, technical leads, and solution consultants;
• Document requirements and communicate them clearly.

• 5+ Years of Business Analysis experience at mid-senior level;
• Experience gathering requirements end to end for large, complex digital transformation or migration programmes;
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical specifications;
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders;
• Confidence identifying gaps and challenging incomplete requirements;
• Ability to work alongside architects, technical leads, and solution consultants;
• Exposure to microservices architecture, AWS, API-driven integrations, and complex system landscapes;
• Excellent documentation and communication skills;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, Amazon DynamoDB, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems; experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) migrations, composable commerce platforms, or large-scale eCommerce transformation; familiarity with AI-assisted documentation or meeting transcription tools.
