• Analyze BRD/FRD and other client materials to identify gaps, contradictions, dependencies, and edge cases;
• Transform business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Describe workflows, business rules, roles, validations, exceptions, and expected system behavior;
• Participate in Discovery and solution discussions with the architect, Tech Lead, and QA;
• Formulate questions for the client, participate in meetings, and document agreed decisions;
• Prepare and maintain specifications and documentation for development and testing;
• Maintain the requirements register and traceability from requirement to epic, user story, and specification;
• Describe integrations and APIs at the level required for development.

• Experience working on the vendor or integrator side;
• Ability to work with incomplete and ambiguous requirements;
• Strong skills in writing specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Understanding of BPMN and UML;
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data, roles, and basic architectural concepts;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools;
• Nice to have: experience with ERP/TOS, logistics, industrial systems, or regulated industries.
