• Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements;
• Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable;
• Design integrated high-level solutions aligned with customer business needs, production operability, and budget requirements;
• Participate in and/or lead formal and informal reviews with key partners, providing technical perspective and support;
• Communicate solution details and their impact on business processes to customers' business and IT personnel;
• Ensure customers understand the solution and that open questions and action items are addressed;
• Support customers throughout the scoping phase within a specific domain through customer sign-off;
• Prepare solution-related documents and specifications;
• Configure solutions and create, execute, and maintain accurate, detailed test plans for applicable testing;
• Support resolution of configuration- and implementation-related issues;
• Transform business and finance requirements into scalable system solutions;
• Partner with finance, business, and technology stakeholders;
• Drive improvements that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

• Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management - Information System;
• Customer-facing experience and ability to communicate solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and other engagement methods;
• Previous experience in systems analysis, business intelligence (BI), or data analysis;
• Nice to have: Experience in finance operations.
