- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
- Translate business needs into User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications;
- Manage and improve FAQ content within the CMS;
- Support the development and implementation of an FAQ Bot;
- Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality and user experience;
- Contribute to release planning and project documentation.
требования
- 4+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer;
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills;
- Experience with CMS platforms;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams;
- Candidate must be based in the EU;
- English B2+;
- Nice to have: German language skills.
