• Help oversee the design, manufacturing, and planning of product marketing and promotion strategies;
• Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to management questions and requests;
• Specify and oversee research to determine customers' needs and preferences;
• Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability;
• Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions;
• Support the successful delivery of business initiatives;
• Manage complex requirements and drive continuous business improvement;
• Manage a team backlog, break down requirements, write user stories, and validate that customer needs are met.

• 4+ Years of business analysis or related experience;
• 3+ Years of experience working with software products;
• 1+ Year of experience with NetSuite;
• Knowledge of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance;
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices;
• Project management and business analysis skills;
• Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe, and Jira;
• Experience developing user interface drafts;
• Business process modeling experience, including knowledge of relevant notations and methodologies;
• Nice to have: Professional certifications (CCBA, CBAP by IIBA, PMI-PBA by PMI, CPRE by IREB).
