• Develop pre-sales content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories, focusing on substance and messaging;
• Conduct market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities for potential clients;
• Translate research outcomes into structured documents and presentation materials;
• Present pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at C-level;
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align messaging and solution positioning.

• 4+ Years of experience in Business Analysis;
• Experience in presales activities;
• Strong understanding of the presales process and preparation;
• Experience preparing expert content, overview materials, presentations, and analytical reports;
• Ability to clearly structure complex information;
• Ability to articulate the value of a solution from the customer’s perspective;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and subject areas;
• Experience with BPMN and UML;
• English at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: experience documenting completed projects, experience collaborating with commercial teams, experience across multiple industries and different types of requests, international professional certificates such as PSPO and PSM.
