• Analyze existing business processes, best practices, and EU standards;
• Research the regulatory framework and incorporate it into technical requirements;
• Formulate technical tasks and development specifications;
• Support the development team from idea to implementation;
• Communicate with customer representatives, government agencies, and users to collect requirements;
• Participate in developing regulatory acts that support digital transformation;
• Conduct presentations, demos, and coordination meetings;
• Provide analytical and methodological support for ICS development and functional concepts for digital products;
• Prepare, clarify, and update functional, business, and technical requirements, specifications, and technical tasks;
• Conduct software testing, including preliminary and acceptance tests;
• Develop programs, test methods, and test protocols;
• Develop and maintain design, technical, and operational documentation, including internal and external API descriptions;
• Design digital products and support users;
• Implement software solutions and provide consulting support to users;
• Provide consultations במסגרת warranty support for software during operation.

• 3+ Years of experience in business or systems analytics;
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or ICS;
• Knowledge of SDLC and experience in IT projects;
• Confidently write technical requirements and set development tasks;
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML;
• Ability to work with documentation and communicate with various stakeholders;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience modeling BPMN, UML, and ERD diagrams;
• Understanding of IT solution architecture principles;
• Passing a polygraph before starting work;
• Nice to have: experience in the public sector, experience interacting with government agencies, knowledge of electronic tools such as KEP and Diya, technical background in development, testing, or DevOps, understanding of APIs, experience with web services, experience in process reengineering, knowledge of Cawemo, Figma, or Axure.
