business analyst for digital channels

Digital Channels Enabling is responsible for identification and authentication capabilities across app and web digital channels, including login, authentication, and digital signing. The team delivers seamless, secure, and customer-friendly customer journeys while supporting business, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to refine prioritized backlog items;
• Perform in-depth analysis of customer journeys, processes, risks, and dependencies;
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including CISO and other enabling teams, to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions;
• Challenge assumptions, identify improvement opportunities, and drive decision-making;
• Support agile ceremonies and contribute to a high-performing team environment;
• Maintain work items, requirements, and decision-making records;
• Deliver well-defined and actionable requirements for prioritized backlog items;
• Deliver customer-centric identification and authentication capabilities;
• Improve customer experience across app and web channels;
• Align business, security, and technology stakeholders;
• Ensure clear documentation and traceability of requirements and decisions;
• Deliver complex initiatives with multiple dependencies on time;
• Contribute to a high-performing agile team that continuously improves and delivers value.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Information Technology, Digital Innovation, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, Product Development, or a comparable role within a digital environment;
• Knowledge of digital channels and customer journeys;
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product development practices;
• Knowledge of requirements engineering and business analysis methodologies;
• Knowledge of customer experience and digital product development;
• Knowledge of security, risk, compliance, and privacy considerations in digital environments;
• Experience managing stakeholders in a complex organizational landscape;
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within large organizations;
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Experience supporting backlog refinement and prioritization;
• Ability to structure and document work effectively;

• Contract engagement for 36 hours per week;
• Start date: 31 August 2026;
• Contract duration: 01 March 2027;
• Extension is possible;
• ZZP is allowed;
