• Identify complex or ambiguous business problems and advise senior Content leadership through long-term analytics solutions, analyses, and visualizations;
• Design and own end-to-end reporting processes for KPI tracking, business reviews, and self-service data access;
• Break down high-level metrics into constituent components and leading indicators for MBR/QBR/HBR cycles;
• Develop narratives and visualizations, including MBR/QBR documents and 6-pagers, for executive audiences;
• Automate the identification of key dimensions driving metric variance;
• Apply content domain expertise across production, distribution, and audience engagement to develop business-grounded analytics solutions;
• Serve as the analytics conduit for European Content teams and connect regional performance to Global team strategy;
• Partner with data scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers, product managers, and business leaders on analytical solutions;
• Communicate metrics and analyses across the organization and identify when technical partners are needed;
• Improve, streamline, and eliminate excess operational and data processes;
• Work with data owners to onboard new sources, guarantee data fidelity, and ensure consistency in metric definitions, documentation standards, and data quality;
• Mentor and develop peers in analytical best practices;
• Develop documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and replicate reporting methodologies.

• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI tools;
• Experience in a data-driven or analytical role;
• Experience independently delivering complex, end-to-end analytics solutions in ambiguous environments;
• Track record of generating recommendations that influenced organizational strategy;
• Content-related experience, ideally with audiobooks, physical books, and/or other digital media;
• Experience building relationships and running projects across multiple functions with diverse stakeholder groups;
• Nice to have: Experience supporting executive reporting and business reviews, operational excellence through process improvement, automation, or streamlining, data governance principles and practices, metric definition standardization and data quality management, partnership with Business Intelligence Engineers or Data Scientists, European markets or cross-regional teams, ability to accommodate US time zone meetings.
