• Analyse business performance, pricing, churn, product and market opportunities
• Build financial models, forecasts, business cases and KPI reporting
• Structure ambiguous business problems and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Analyse P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback logic
• Analyse subscription business metrics, including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention and cohort performance
• Translate complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Prepare executive-ready presentations independently and communicate findings clearly
• Work with founders, senior leadership and operational stakeholders on business-critical initiatives

• 2–4 Years of experience in Big Four or middle-tier consulting, specifically within Strategy or Operations practices
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Experience at Analyst, Associate or Consultant level
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or another relevant quantitative field
• Strong financial modelling skills, including P&Ls, unit economics, ROI and payback analysis
• Strong understanding of subscription business metrics, including MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, retention and cohort analysis
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH and sensitivity tables
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working with uncensored / NSFW AI products
