• Analyze requirements from Business Lines or Finance depending on the project;
• Organize and manage meetings and workshops with Finance project teams, Business Lines, IT, and Finance end users to design functional solutions according to methodology and standards;
• Document functional specifications for implementation by operating systems IT and Finance IT teams;
• Define and parameterize accounting and reporting rules according to standards, norms, and systems;
• Define the testing strategy to ensure project implementation quality;
• Carry out accounting and reporting tests;
• Provide aftercare support to Finance end users after solution delivery;
• Support project managers in implementing project outcomes and follow up with stakeholders;
• Participate in project committees by sharing action and decision statuses;
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

• Master’s degree or Engineering school degree;
• Professional experience in project activity;
• Previous experience in banking, audit/accounting, consulting, or management control;
• Knowledge of financial Information Systems;
• Proficiency in Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint;
• Proficient knowledge of Inquiry tools, including Business Objects;
• Fluent English, both spoken and written;
• Teamwork and ability to collaborate;
• Attention to detail and rigor;
• Good communication skills;
