• Work with clients in Cyprus and abroad to understand business challenges and support business transformation;
• Coordinate client workshops, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements;
• Support clients through the end-to-end design, agreement, and delivery of future requirements;
• Participate in multidisciplinary agile teams with analysts, developers, UI/UX designers, and testers;
• Lead playback sessions and scope or user story walkthroughs for client stakeholders;
• Identify and analyze problems that may affect solution delivery and adoption;
• Contribute to business case development and proposal preparation;
• Create and deliver presentations for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams;
• Collaborate through internal communities to drive quality, identify best practices, and share knowledge;
• Analyze and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and quality;
• Analyze and reinvent current products, services, and holistic business models.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technology Consultant, or Product Manager;
• Experience understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements;
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes, user stories, and functional requirements;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts;
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work autonomously with a proven work ethic;
• Ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds and disciplines;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• High level of confidentiality;
• Nice to have: Banking, Insurance, Government, or Telco experience; CCBA, PMP-PBA, or CPRE certifications; business analysis experience within a software development team; willingness to travel for client needs; agile methodology experience; strong organization, initiative, accountability, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks; knowledge of current technology trends; data migration or data integration expertise; data mapping and data analysis skills; experience with ERDs and database schemas; SQL and data profiling tools; ETL tools.
