Aristek Systems develops innovative IT solutions for the US and European markets. The project is an e-learning platform with interactive learning features such as 3D and VR, training material storage, teacher certification, participant profiles, and automated business processes. The platform serves about 15,000,000 registered users and is partly developed with CNN.

• Define requirements by creating and managing high-level business solutions and BA artifacts, while identifying potential problems, opportunities, and dependencies for efficient project planning;
• Conduct research to produce project requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria, determine specifications, perform gap and competitive analyses, outline business rules, and create transition roadmaps;
• Negotiate requirements among multiple stakeholders to align client expectations with company capabilities;
• Visualize business processes, represent application workflows, and create UML diagrams;
• Contribute business insights to customer processes and provide conceptual insights and mockups when necessary;
• Communicate with internal project teams to synchronize visions, coordinate solutions, and align ecosystem components;
• Facilitate communication about proposed solutions, enhancements, and modifications between potential clients and internal teams;
• Participate in meetings, conduct demo sessions, gather feedback, and deliver follow-up outcomes;
• Collaborate with potential clients during the Presale phase to understand business objectives and requirements and document initial processes, workflows, and system functionalities;
• Use AI tools in the daily BA workflow, including drafting requirements and user stories, building reusable prompt templates, and accelerating research, meeting summaries, and documentation.

• At least 3 years of proven Business Analyst experience, including at least 2 years in Software Development organizations;
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools, with the ability to understand complex processes and find effective solutions;
• Experience with a SaaS or platform product, ideally in EdTech or another regulated, integration-heavy vertical;
• Full knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with practical project experience;
• Experience with task management systems such as Jira and Confluence;
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, and Balsamiq;
• Proficiency in Draw.io and Lucidchart for visualizing requirements and processes;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with excellent verbal and written skills;
• Ability to build strong client relationships, understand needs, resolve issues, and provide consistent support throughout development;
• Experience creating proposals, presentations, and demonstration materials for prospective clients;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Self-motivated, self-managing, and result-oriented;
• Hands-on experience using AI assistants as working tools, including custom instructions, reusable skills, and workflows for BA tasks;
• Understanding of AI agents and experience setting up simple automations through MCP or comparable integrations;
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering;
• Ability to critically verify AI output and identify hallucinations;
• Nice to have: Requirements gathering for roster or data-sync integrations, SAML/OIDC/LTI single sign-on, or LMS integrations; K-12 student data privacy fundamentals including FERPA and COPPA; project or team coordination experience; experience in cross-cultural teams; experience building or configuring AI agents and toolkits beyond basic prompting.
