Business analyst for AI enablement

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and an interest in transforming processes through Artificial Intelligence and automation.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation;
• Knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma;
• A solid understanding of the potential and limitations of AI, Generative AI, and automation;
• Ability to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements;
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience facilitating workshops across different business areas;
• Autonomy, critical thinking, and the confidence to constructively challenge existing processes;
• English proficiency at C1 level or above;
• Current residence in Portugal.
