BMW Financial Services provides financial services within the BMW Group. The team supports complex business and IT initiatives through business analysis, requirements management, and solution delivery.

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight;
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders, including senior management;
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirements traceability;
• Manage and document requirements in Jira and Confluence, ensuring consistency and transparency;
• Collaborate with development, testing, architecture, and business teams to clarify and validate requirements;
• Support business testing by defining test scenarios, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria;
• Analyze and model business processes using BPMN/UML, identify risks and dependencies, and support successful solution delivery.

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• 3+ Years of Business Analysis experience, including leading analysis activities in complex projects, transformations, or system integrations;
• Practical experience in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, BPMN, and business process modelling;
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, UML, Jira, Confluence, and basic SQL;
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills;
• Fluent business English;
• Nice to have: Relevant certifications, experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
