Digital Realty provides IT services and consulting, while this Financial Planning & Analysis role supports finance operations through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and business decision support.

• Support the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements;
• Gather and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights for management;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations;
• Maintain accurate financial records;
• Collaborate with other departments to collect relevant information and support cross-functional projects;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes;
• Participate in knowledge sharing within the team;
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience;
• 2-4 Years' experience in a finance or accounting environment;
• Fluent in English and the local language;
• Basic knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements;
• High integrity, strong analytical and planning skills, creativity, goal orientation, excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, team-player mindset, strong communication skills, and agility to learn and adapt quickly;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SOX.
