The Data Management Office focuses on improving data quality across the organization through analysis, error identification, and cooperation with business areas and data owners.

• Analyze data against quality requirements and identify error volumes;
• Identify causes of data quality decreases and increases, as well as error sources;
• Collect and document requirements from business stakeholders;
• Initiate and coordinate activities aimed at improving data quality;
• Find new approaches and solutions to eliminate data quality errors;
• Establish corrective actions with remediation teams and data owners;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on data quality and monitor the results of implemented actions.

• Experience in data quality;
• Analytical experience identifying data quality errors and causes of data quality deterioration;
• Understanding of the importance of data quality and its impact on organizational operations;
• SQL skills enabling independent data extraction and analysis;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis;
• Experience collecting and documenting business requirements;
• Knowledge of Jira;
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and goal orientation;
• Nice to have: Experience working with banking data, experience creating business or systems analyses, knowledge of frameworks or patterns used to collect business requirements.
