Business Analyst

• Facilitate requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and objectives;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, develop project plans, and manage schedules;
• Work with development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and test plans;
• Communicate project status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Proven experience in business analysis or related roles;
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and BPMN;
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello;
• Competence in data analysis tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel;
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and software testing processes;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Strong customer focus and team collaboration skills;
• Nice to have: Professional certification in Business Analysis.
