3+ Years of experience in Business Analyst roles;
Experience in requirements gathering and/or preparing functional specifications and documentation;
Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar;
Good communication skills;
Fluent English;
Reside in Portugal or have legal documentation to do so;
Nice to have: process design, implementation and testing experience, French.
